Following the success of the winter months, the EA7 Emporio Armani Sportour will return in June. The itinerant event is sponsored by EA7 Emporio Armani and organised by RCS Sports & Events in collaboration with La Gazzetta dello Sport and Radio 105.
For this summer edition, the tour will visit six of the most famous seaside locations in Italy. Each city will enjoy two consecutive days of sports activities designed to engage the greater public.
The inaugural appointment is set to be hosted on the beaches of Jesolo, near Venice (15-16 June), followed by a stop in Emilia Romagna at Milano Marittima, a short drive from Ravenna (22-23 June), and in Vasto (29-30 June) near Chieti. The tour will continue with Riccione (6-7 July) and with Ostia, outside Rome (13-14 July), before the final stage in Versilia, at Lido di Camaiore (20-21 July) near Lucca.
The programme will feature several sports activities with constant support from highly qualified instructors: amateur beach volley, with a double elimination tournament; cross net, a brand new form of beach volley with intersecting nets; beach tennis; yoga on the beach and SUP yoga at sea, balancing on a paddle board. Participants will also be able to practise using a stand up paddleboard, a new frontier in fitness, and join the Breakfast Run, a non-competitive 5 km race on the seaside starting at the first light of dawn every Sunday.
At each stop the content of the EA7 Sportour will be enhanced by the participants who join the various sports activities. Radio 105, will serve as the official radio station for the tour.
Music will accompany the various events at the Village, an area designed to host the sports grounds, the information point and a lounge area.
The EA7 Sportour will fill the summer for those who love to practice sports, even on vacation.
